By booking a room or using our website platforms, you completely agree to comply with the terms defined below.
1. Standard Booking & Reservation Terms
- All room reservation queries made through call links, forms, or WhatsApp lines are subject to live availability constraints.
- To confirm your room setup officially, a valid advance payment format may be requested based on structural seasonal demands or festivals.
- Tariffs listed on our platform are for room usage only and do not automatically include food or external transportation arrangements unless specifically highlighted.
2. Mandatory Check-In and Check-Out Framework
- Our standard daily check-in timeline starts at 12:00 PM and the check-out framework must be executed by 11:00 AM.
- Early room allocations or extended stay requests are strictly subject to room availability setups and may incur additional variance charges.
- As per strict regulatory security protocols enforced across Madhya Pradesh, all adults must present a government-approved physical photo identity card (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) during arrival registers. Pan Cards are not recognized as valid address proofs.
3. Code of Conduct & Spiritual Atmosphere
Since our guest house serves pilgrims visiting the sacred Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, guests must strictly maintain the sanctity of the area:
- Consumption, storage, or possession of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or non-vegetarian food alternatives within our entire property compound is completely prohibited.
- Any active violation of this rule framework will result in an immediate cancellation of the booking room allotment without any refund commitments.
- Guests are fully expected to maintain voice decibels and electronic sounds at moderate levels to ensure total structural peace for fellow travelers.
4. Standalone Temple Asset Disclaimers
- Shree Mahakaleshwar Bhakta Niwas operates as a completely independent, private accommodation facility. We hold no direct official affiliations or tie-ups with the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee (SZSS) or any administrative religious trust boards.
- Our operational staff only offers general public support guidance instructions regarding offline/online Bhasma Aarti booking registers. We do not guarantee, sell, or issue entry tokens or VIP darshan slips independently.
5. Property Safety & Damage Accountability
- Guests are solely responsible for taking care of their personal belongings, jewelry, and cash assets. Management will not hold accountability for any missing items.
- Any structural damage caused to the room hardware fittings, premium sanitary ware, linens, or LED smart screens by intentional or careless handling will be checked and charged directly to the guest before check-out clearance.
6. Legal Jurisdiction Updates
Shree Mahakaleshwar Bhakta Niwas holds the absolute entitlement to update or replace sections of these structural terms at any historical point without sending private notices. Any ongoing legal challenges or structural operational conflicts related to our services will fall exclusively under the active judicial courts situated in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
