We understand that travel layouts and pilgrimage plans can change unexpectedly due to train schedules or temple registrations. This Cancellation and Refund Policy details the terms regarding booking modifications and cash reversals.
1. Cancellation Timelines & Refund Slabs
If you wish to cancel your room reservation, the applicable refund structure will be computed carefully based on the time gap between your official cancellation request and your scheduled check-in window:

2. Peak Season & Festival Bookings
- During high-demand religious peak periods, major festivals (such as Maha Shivratri, Shravan Month, Sawan Somwar, or Kartik Mela), room bookings are governed by a strictly Non-Refundable policy framework.
- No cash rollbacks or date adjustments will be authorized for cancellations made during these rush blocks, as rooms are kept reserved block-locked exclusively for you.
3. Date Modification Guidelines
- Guests can request a modification of their check-in dates up to 48 hours before their scheduled arrival window, completely free of cost, subject strictly to live room availability.
- If the room tariffs for the newly requested date segment are higher due to seasonal shifts, the guest must clear the balance difference during check-in registers.
4. No-Show & No-Arrival Policy
If you fail to check in at our facility on your specified booking date without providing prior communication timelines, it will be cataloged under the No-Show framework. In such instances, the entire booking token amount will be completely forfeited, and the room asset will be released automatically for other incoming pilgrims.
5. How to Initiate a Refund Request
To register your cancellation request smoothly, follow these mandatory steps:
- Send a direct notification message containing your booking acknowledgment profile details over our active WhatsApp module (+91 7870171348).
- Alternatively, drop an official email request layout to info@shreemahakaleshwarbhaktnivas.in with your transaction proof history.
- Once approved, the designated refund balance will be credited automatically back to the original funding source (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card framework) within 5 to 7 operational banking working days.
